On money that’s already been taxed when it’s earned… if somebody wants to hold cash in an ISA and wait for a buying opportunity or have just sold shares. Why should it be taxed again?

@lukeashcroft04 @PolitlcsUK The entire point of an ISA is the earned in it are tax free, interest has never applied to an ISA before. You’re literally taxed on the money you earn prior to putting it into the isa, so you think paying tax on it again while you hold it in and ISA is fair?
