Schumer amendment has passed in the Senate, Burchette amendment has passed in the house. The fight is now which gets put into the final NDAA. Schumer is better.

Schumer amendment also provides 4 eminent domain of UAP materials, as well as a 9 person review board to review documents, & propose disclosure to president.
