@StevenMAlderson This isn't for training Anaesthesia Assistants, it's aimed at upskilling nurses to become Anaesthetic Practitioners, some trusts who cannot recruit enough ODPs need these programs to ensure they meet the AoA requirement to have skilled assistance available for Anaesthetist.

I think a uniform would go even further, more than willing to sport a different coloured set of scrubs.
