All dogs who come to our office are now given the official job title of “director of entertainment”. Last week we averaged 6 dogs a day, and while they can’t answer the phones and do the accounts, they do add to our culture of fun and kindness.

So @TPExpressTrains two cancelled trains this morning from Scarborough 6:48 then 7:48, then 8:45 delayed into Leeds by 8 minutes (at least it run) coming home 18:40 from Leeds delayed by 24 minutes, how, why, you are effecting passengers workplaces and individuals mental health!

@ScotRail Hi Guys, this issue has been going on for years, never enough space on the train, each year been told the Intercity stock is coming but alas rare this there, I know everyone is struggling but when you are forced to sit on floor as the thought of standing for over hour, not good!

@ScotRail so the Aviemore departure was delayed, we were told the train going no further from Perth and to get the 13:59 but no seats as only 2 car, any ideas ScotRail, you are already running overcrowded services on Aviemore route

@ScotRail Hi, thanks for fast response, my concern is safety, no social distancing measures, No announcements to inform of this, all the conductors say is people should not board, why is this not enforced or bigger train sets in use?, this is not first time this happened on this route
