The LDL industry doesn't want you to get a coronary artery scan because people with clinically defined "high LDL" and little or no plaque and people with low LDL and lots of plaque are going to make them look dumb.
And they don't want people to stop taking drugs for a disease they don't have.
🔥FACT: "In the 1950s, EVERYONE walked around with cholesterol levels of 350 – & it was TOTALLY NORMAL!"
Dr. Rimka drops the bomb: "The optimal lab range for healthy cholesterol was 320-350. A level of 350 is HEALTHY!"
"Cholesterol has NOTHING to do with heart disease...ZERO!"
Forget the myths – let's dive deeper into the TRUTHS shared by Dr Stephanie Rimka about your heart health. 👇
### The Real Culprit: Glycocalyx Damage
- Your blood vessels have a protective gel-like shield called the glycocalyx.
- When it's damaged, inflammation kicks in – and cholesterol rushes to FIX it, like firefighters at a blaze.
- Blaming cholesterol? That's like arresting the heroes for showing up!
### What WRECKS Your Glycocalyx? Avoid These Killers!
- Industrial seed oils
- Processed sugars
- Excess carbs
- Insulin resistance
- Ultra-processed junk
- Smoking
- Obesity
- Environmental toxins
- Poor sleep
- Low vitamin D
- Magnesium deficiency
- K2 deficiency
- Lack of exercise
- Chronic stress
### Cholesterol: Your Body's SUPERHERO Fat!
- Shields against toxins, chemicals & heavy metals
- Prevents dementia & brain fog
- Lowers all-cause mortality risk
- Fuels steroid hormones like testosterone
- Builds strong bones, fights osteoporosis
- Protects against strokes & heart issues
- Essential for lungs & breathing
- Core building block for cells & mitochondria
- Boosts absorption of vitamins A, D, E & K
- Aids digestion & bile production
- Powers immune defense against infections
- Guards vs. bacteria, pathogens & viruses
- Reduces cancer risk & death rates
- Lowers depression, suicide & anxiety risks
- Cuts stress & cortisol levels
### Busting the Saturated Fat Fairy Tale
- The "saturated fat causes atherosclerosis" story? PURE fiction pushed by flawed science (looking at you, Ancel Keys fraud! )
- Real threats: Oxidation, inflammation, pollution, seed oils & high blood sugar.
- Stop fearing butter & steak – embrace them! 🥩
### Unlock Optimal Heart Health: The Diet Hack
- Go low-carb, high-nutrient animal foods 🥓🍳
- Ditch seed oils, starchy carbs, sugar & processed crap 🚫
- Result: Low triglycerides, High HDL – the ULTIMATE heart biomarkers!
- Aim for TG/HDL ratio <1.5 for peak health. 📊

Joe Rogan points out that Poul Thorsen, a scientist behind research often cited to argue vaccines don’t cause autism, was just arrested for fraud.
“The guy who wrote the study that’s often quoted about vaccines not causing autism just got arrested for fraud.”
“So the scientist whose paper they quote when they say, ‘Here’s the proof that vaccines don’t cause autism.’”
“He just got arrested for fraud.”
"Statin drugs are, to me, a scam. And they're dangerous. They're very dangerous."
That's Dr. Russell Blaylock, who practiced neurosurgery for 25 years.
He recommends luteolin, a plant extract, for the same job.
"Luteolin actually prevents the inflammation in the vein and in the artery."
Feed it to animal models with a high incidence of atherosclerosis, Dr. Blaylock says, and they end up with "no atherosclerosis or very low atherosclerosis."
"So it is a very powerful way to prevent hardening of the arteries. Far better than, and far safer than, statin drugs."
His dose is about 100 milligrams, three times a day. Purified, pharmaceutical grade, and he says you can order it off Amazon

They just add the next one.
Patient: "Six months on the statin and I'm climbing the stairs like my father did at eighty."
Doctor: "Atorvastatin, wasn't it. Forty milligrams."
Patient: "Twenty, then you doubled it in March."
Doctor: "And the LDL's down to 2.6. That's a proper result."
Patient: "I can't carry the shopping in one go."
Doctor: "Aches are usually mild and usually settle."
Patient: "Six months."

Patient: "Nothing hurt in January."
Doctor: "Nothing was being treated in January."
Studies show the flu vaccine doesn’t reduce deaths from pneumonia and flu.
A 33-year government-funded study found no link between higher flu shot rates and lower death rates. Another study of 7.6 million deaths found no drop in mortality after age 65—despite more vaccinations.

Sixty three patients with chronic constipation were taken off fibre completely, and the result has been sitting in a journal since 2012 doing absolutely nothing.
Everyone had been scoped first to rule out a physical cause. All had the standard advice behind them, which is to say all had been told to eat more fibre for years.
Two weeks on zero fibre. Then each was allowed to settle at whatever intake they found tolerable, and they sorted themselves into three groups.
The ones who stayed off fibre entirely went from a motion every 3.75 days to one every single day. Every one of them.
The ones who merely cut down went from a motion every 4.19 days to one every 1.9 days.
The ones who stayed on high fibre stayed at one motion every 6.83 days, before and after, unchanged, like a control group that had volunteered for nothing.
Bloating was present in nought per cent of the no fibre group, thirty one per cent of the reduced group, and one hundred per cent of the high fibre group. Straining ran the same way.
A dose response, running in the exact opposite direction to the advice printed on every cereal box in Britain.
Insoluble fibre works by adding bulk. In a colon already struggling to move what is in it, the intervention is to put more in it.
The whole doctrine traces back to one surgeon in the 1970s comparing British bowels with Ugandan ones and drawing a conclusion the food industry found extremely convenient.
Fifty years later the bran is still on the shelf, the bloating is still assumed to be normal, and the treatment for a blocked tube is still to add material to it.
You cannot read a food label without a system, so take mine. Eleven things to find. Find any of them and the packet goes back on the shelf.
Step one: seed oil. Sunflower, rapeseed, soybean, corn, cottonseed, grapeseed, safflower, rice bran. Named outright, and that is the whole decision made.
Step two: the aliases, because they know you are looking now. Vegetable oil. Vegetable fat. Shortening. High oleic anything. Same oil, back it goes.
Step three: the derivatives, and this is where it gets sporting. Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids. E471. Soy lecithin. That emulsifier was fat before it was an E number, and nobody is telling you whose.
Step four: sugar, under all its names. Sucrose, glucose syrup, dextrose, invert sugar, fruit juice concentrate, agave, honey, maltodextrin. Maltodextrin is sugar in a hard hat.
Step five: count how many of those appear separately. Split across four names, none of them has to be first on the list. Add them up yourself and see where the product really starts.
Step six: modified maize starch. Ask anyone in that shop what modified means. Go on.
Step seven: preservatives. BHA, BHT, TBHQ. If they are there, so is step one, because that fat will not survive the lorry unaided. A preservative is a confession.
Step eight: the gums. Xanthan, guar, carrageenan. Borrowed structure, because nothing in the packet has any of its own.
Step nine: natural flavouring, a phrase that legally means almost nothing and is carrying this entire product on its back.
Step ten: colours, because whatever this was, it was never that colour.
Step eleven: turn it over and read the front. Heart healthy, plant based, high in fibre. Claims on the front are there to cover what is on the back.
Now put it down. Walk to the wall of the shop and find the two labels that say beef and butter.
One step. Took a second. Off you go.
Really Uncomfortable Facts — Dr. Pierre Kory on childhood vaccines
After looking closely at the history and the science behind the childhood vaccine schedule, Dr. Pierre Kory says you run into some very uncomfortable realities.
One of the most glaring: the wealth of data showing an absolute explosion in chronic illness in kids that lines up with the massive expansion of that schedule. Autism, ADHD, asthma, allergies — the rise has been dramatic.
He argues the official story of overwhelming benefit rests on thinner evidence than most people realize, and a lot of contrary data has been downplayed or ignored.
Obama and Biden changed names on forts, ships, mountains. They changed nouns and pronouns. But Trump changes names to promote America and these same people lose what’s left of their minds.
We now know 1 of the individuals who died in Lancaster PA was a newborn
Yet Josh Shapiro’s team called them ‘unvaccinated’
The baby died in childbirth of a ruptured spleen
Shapiro is reprehensible
This is called selective persecution. There is absolutely no evidence of any public health issue whatsoever in the Amish community. Forcing them to get medical treatment while healthy is a violation of international law. Fining them for not doing it is a civil rights violation.
Dolly Parton made the best chicken and dumplings I ever ate. On lunch break she would knock on my trailer door with melt-in-your-mouth dumplings, biscuits, gravy, green beans.Every day it was a southern feast. I had never seen an actor actually use the cooking facilities in their trailer before but she had it all going on. I still have Dolly’s Tupperware…
If you lived through COVID and still think Flock cameras are going to be used to catch actual criminals, as opposed to being used to police speech and wrongthink and association, you are either insane or retarded.
The UK has cameras EVERYWHERE, and somehow not a single one was used to put a stop to any of the immigrant rape gangs infesting the country.
