Figma Config is 2 weeks away and all I want is plain and simple @figma branded merch.
No themes. No collabs. Just give me the embroidered logo on high-quality gear and a die-cut sticker. Nice and clean.
Apple’s options were
1. Hold strong to the “last mover advantage” principle which got them to where they are today. Take the stock hit.
2. Rollout half-baked AI to show they're still a technology leader to appease shareholders and boost the stock price.

Apple is not releasing the new Siri AI to the EU due to (what we can guess) the EUs continued push for backdoor access and surveillance.
Apple doesn’t get enough credit for how much they do for consumer privacy
First the EU wanted their own AppStore and they got it. People applauded it as “freedom from Apple control”
Now the UK wants to curtail end-to-end encryption and they got that too.
I hope it’s becoming apparent how good of a job Apple does with people’s privacy and security.
I think we’ve entered a frenzied era of coffee-guzzling, fax-sending channel surfers who honk the microsecond the light turns green and have the attention span of a flashcube.

How much has changed and yet stayed the same
It's about that time again where Spotify raises its prices and I'm reminded of my best value subscription and it's not even close, YouTube Premium. Which includes Music for free.

Spotify announced they're raising prices for the second time in less than a year
I am reminded of the best $14.68 I spend every month is YouTube Premium (Canadian mind you, $10.85 USD)
I haven't watched a YouTube ad since 2016. The YT music app is fine

Spotify is raising prices again. YouTube Premium (which includes Music for free) continues to be the best money I spend every month https://t.co/Cf5ffa7tok
@TTChelps When will every single streetcar go from Spadina Station to Union and back without delay, short turn, or any service disruption? It’s been 4 years of this
It’s coming up on 4 years since this service route disruption. @TTChelps the Queens Quay loop should only be used for emergencies. When will this service disruption finally stop?
$AAPL hit an all-time high to end the week, coming off incredible earnings last week driven largely by iPhone sales. The Ternus and AI era will be an interesting one.
@unitedBananas88@WallStreetApes Many apps mandate SMS authentication.
I’ve been calling for this mandate to be banned for a few years now.
