@SW_Help why were these next 2 trains not stopping at Hersham or Walton? How do I know this last train at 00:09 will even go, can I expense a taxi if it doesn’t?
@SW_Help Sigh-genuinely confused by this decision. In hot weather, why remove the two faster air-conditioned services and force more passengers onto fewer/slower trains? Can we at least claim refunds for losing the usual peak services?
Morning @SW_Help, do you know your iOS app isn’t working again today? Can’t buy tickets (Amex fails and other card go through but tickets arrive with empty barcodes) - your poor staff members are ill equipped to deal with angry customers.
@SW_Help Thanks LJ, but it’s not my account issue - it’s a system issue (there used to be a link under smart card management to see how many of my 8 prepurchased flexitrips remain). It’s gone from web since change and never been in app?
@BarclaysUKHelp HNY! I completed an ISA transfer in form this morning via mobile app (all digitally), journey says I’ll get a form to sign but haven’t seen anything yet. Please say I’m not waiting for a form to sign via post? 😢
