I had initially cancelled my contract and notified of a termination fee of £1,194.57 I agreed to remain with EE with the promise that the fee would not apply on continuation of a new 2 year contract. You then proceeded to take the money.

My wife and 9 year old are lucky to be alive as the @LandRover they were travelling in shut down on new #smartmotorways Just 35000 on the clock and now they want £10k + to fix their engine issue #smartmotorway - had to leave car in open lane of speeding traffic @LandRoverUKPR
@LandRover I Finally managed to unfreeze my infotainment screen (phone app) which was stuck on dial for days now. Why i couldnt find any info on how to reboot system is beyond a joke.
Refresh instructions should come as standard folks
@RNTata2000 @landroverindia @JaguarUK @LandRover shame on such a big company for putting lives of their customer and their families’ lives in danger by their defective vehicle and such poor response! I bet if any of JLR big shot would like to put their families in that vehicle!
@LandRover Buy a used Land Rover including expensive Extended Warranty, fail MOT, Warranty covers cost; good so far…Part not available, no courtesy car, weekend cancelled, not so good. How much do you need to pay to guarantee to be on a set of wheels?
@LandRover absolute disgrace! Surely there’s a duty of care to its customers that they are notified of any safety recall on any possibly affected vehicles. Now my car has broke (steering rack) I am left without a car for at least 10 days , with snow forecast. Diabolical!
