@tristan_shana @historyinmemes It was common to wear multiple layer of clothes when it was cold. These were probably over pants so the waist size needs to be a bit larger and evidence of the candle wax. You take them off when you get hot. In the winter it was often warmer in the mine than outside.

Sunday night plane crashed into power tower near my house in Gaithersburg, MD. The pilot can be seen holding on to the tower strut through the broken windshield. Power was shut off to 100K customers at one point. #BREAKING #Maryland #planecrash #Marylandplanecrash
