@AskPayPal Need help: both my service-not-provided cases (IDs PP-R-USV-569563041 / PP-R-AWU-569563812) were closed as “ineligible - intangible” even though the seller admitted non-delivery. I have full documentation. Can a specialist review?
@amitisinvesting The Fed doesn’t use fixed thresholds. Unemployment is one input - core PCE, wages, credit, inflation expectations, global risk, etc are all important. A set number invites gaming, misreads nuance, and locks policy flexibility.
There is a future where Elizabeth Street Garden is fully preserved and housing is built at all of the alt sites. One is right around the corner from the garden.

@INArteCarloDoss This is (poorly written) satire. The point the author is trying to make is that the right incentives don’t exist to solve world hunger since the elite and powerful depend on a weak lower class. This becomes clear in the final paragraph.
@GerberKawasaki@GerberKawasaki I’m genuinely surprised by this take. Are you basing this purely on Elon’s chatter about Gates’ short position? Bill Gates and the Gates Foundation have done an incredible amount of good for society. How about work to eradicate the Guinea worm as a starting point.
@TRSTNGLRD I think it’s fair to say it has been confusing but I don’t assume malice personally (although I get the frustration). It takes time to figure all of this out and the studies aren’t perfect.
@TRSTNGLRD Why is this surprising? Having had a virus confers some immunity; this is known. Additionally having the virus previously and getting the vaccine confers even stronger protection per the article.
@nope_its_lily Lily - I’m not sure I follow how speculating on it increasing in value has negative EV. Are you saying that essentially it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy on the way down? Thanks!
