@Bryce_Estelle If it’s supervised (some of it certainly will be) then you can get it revoked for minor, non-illegal (I.e. drinking, accidental contact with a victim) probation violations and serve the rest of your probated sentence in jail.

The doctrine doesn’t punish lies, it punishes taking an alternate position. There’s no determination that either position is “false”

@prettylieb@stephen_richer It is true that if you have very high risk tolerance, you might be able to get away with casting the vote of another registered voter. The odds of getting away with additional fraudulent votes fall precipitously with each additional vote.
