@TUIUK Oli It was more that I wanted to rebook today for next year however as I have not been sent my credit nor could they confirm on the phone when i will get it I have now booked with someone else as I can’t wait another month in case the price went up

@easyJet Why are you not allowing me to cancel my flight to Geneva when my hotel is cancelled and the ski resort closed.
