@IAmClintMurphy Likely vasovagal syncope. Possibly due to really bearing down when you yell, somewhat similar to a person passing out on the toilet (actually very common) when bearing down to have a BM. Not likely serious but you need a full cardiac work up to be safe.

@AbudBakri Doctors simply have no business dispensing. They're terrible at it across the board. As a pharmacist I've cleaned up their messes multiple times. Nevermind the obvious conflict of interest financially.
