Falkland Islanders – Michael, Emmaleigh and Nick – are at the @UN to advocate for their right of self-determination.

In 2013, 99.8% of Falkland Islanders voted to remain British. Their choice should be respected.

The UK will always defend their right to decide their destiny.

The US claim that the #Falklands impose an 82% tariff may come from dividing the trade deficit ($18.7m) by Falklands exports to the US ($22.8m). But that’s not how tariffs work—trade deficits ≠ tariff rates. This method is misleading. #tariffs #trade
