..i keep checking back to see if Tesla compatobility has been added, but on my app i have selected the incorrect charger...wallbox and it wont let me go back and select the corrrct tesla charger. Can you advise pls?

@OctopusEnergy moved to op in Nov 23. Smartmtrs replaced by engineer in Dec23. Still no smart elec readings for our EV so unable to switch to go. Now been told need a further engineer visit in Feb. Starting to think we have made an error in moving. Losing out big time. #con?

@OctopusEnergy Having spent 4 hours today trying to switch tarrif to Go...using a resla gen 3 wallbox and a tesla model y, i now find a hidden msg on your website saying Tesla owners may be unable to sign up. FFS. I thought customer service was supposed to be good????

@OctopusEnergy @dannysmithlaaa phone call yesterday, engineer out yesterday. Further new meter installed, showing on the bright app but not on the octopus app so still unable to swap to octopus go. Since November.

@PizzaExpress. O2 STORE. Pizza's lovely, other food n drink lovely. Service....shocking....not even busy. Having to ask over and over again for glasses, bill, garlic butter etc. Seriously underwhelming.
