Having only had his licence back two days after first loosing it for speeding. Overtaking the #RSU unmarked car and then reaching speeds of over 100 mph on the #M2 was not the best reintroduction to driving. Vehicle stopped and driver dealt with. #Fatal4 GS

A a driver, I wouldn't even get on and start it up.
The idea of legals is to show the public that the vehicle is legit with a permanent transfer on a skirt panel.
