@IKEAUK I was given a store card for Norwich store before you closed it. I tried to use it online but it’s in store only. Spoke to your customer service department and I’m told you cannot do anything to help. It’s in store only. Even though the closest store is 3 hours away!

@TUIUK Morning Tui. We had our holiday cancelled which is fair enough. Was going to rebook another for next year flying from Norwich airport to Lara beach Turkey and today there is no options to book hotels there from Norwich???

@STN_Airport Hopefully you can help as @easyjet aren’t willing to help. I had money stolen from my hand luggage because my bag was taken off me, just as I was getting on the plane. Money had gone once I got to Prague. I’ve seen this is so common, why isn’t anything being done?

@BBCWatchdog I would think this is something for you? @easyJet ‘s hand luggage scandal I would call it. So many people having there money taken from there bags once take. Off them as the plane is full. Check it out for yourself just a few. And fob it off as not there problem.

@easyJet So you don’t want any flight information etc to carry out your own investigations into the obvious problems. Not great customer care, just to pass the buck. And I’m sure you’re aware travel insurance doesn’t cover cash. Thanks for not helping at all 👍🏻

@YodelDirect Is there any way of checking on collection times? I missed yesterday & re booked today as your 11 hour time slot isn't helpful
