@amy_rattenbury Same here .. go round in circles ! And I just donโt know what to do anymore ! Worst company I have ever dealt with . Promise to sort and then the whole rigmarole starts again !
@amy_rattenbury So annoying! They put me a smart meter in and changed meters outside .. didnโt work no readings at all . Put another smart meter in and electric works but no gas reading . Iโve lost the will to live ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
@BritishGasHelp My 90 year old mother in law who lives alone and is virtually blind needs her boiler repairing as it is faulty . Rang helpline but told and I quote โunless she is terminally ill and may die overnight โ ! we canโt come as she still has hot water ! Not good !
@BritishGasHelp Think the media will be very interested in the way she has been spoken to and hopefully it will help others in her position. Just wanted to give you a chance
@BritishGasHelp All this will do is enable you to forget about it . And try and keep the whole episode away from social media. You surely have the same amount of engineers as usual ? So if they woukd normally be doing services etc as well as emergencies then what are they doing?
