Setting up @agentmail for my @openclaw was so much easier than trying to give it gmail permissions. They have a pretty competitive Free plan too. Am I missing something here? Too good to be true?
Sharing a personal project into the ether. As I try to become more AI fluent, I vibe-coded my own FIRE dashboard (inspired by FI Calc). I'm super proud of it and it's led to great conversations with my partner on how we want to handle finances as we "retire" in PH.
@AswathDamodaran@claudeai Vibe-coding is fun, building things for yourself is fun. I think the true value of AI is making things personal in a way it couldn't be done before.
Huge thanks to the FIRE community, @ficalc, the Codex team @OpenAI, and @sama for the inspiration!
During the holidays, I flew from Los Angeles to Singapore on @SingaporeAir Business class on their A350-900 (booked with 107k KrisFlyer miles). Last time I did this route, I completely forgot about their "Book the Cook" feature. This time, I pre-booked their Bak Kut Teh (phenomenal) and their chicken rice (pretty meh). Though some people complain about their sleeping arrangement, I found it works for me. Was able to shower in Singapore, catch some friends for lunch in the city, and continued my journey back to Manila.
One thing I appreciate about JAL Sky Suites is excellent comparable quality for their shorter flight. Last month I flew from πΊπΈHNL to π―π΅HND and the hard product was as good as the ones I took from SFO & LAX. The flagship routes are being upgraded now, but this is way better than other Asian airlines for their short routes.
Some shots from my recent flight on Asiana Airlines from Incheon to Manila on their B777. Comfy seats, delicious food, and ridiculously outdated entertainment system.
@SnazzyLabs Just finished watching. Do you connect with an external monitor with your iPad and if so, does your workflow stay the same or do you have minor tweaks with a much bigger screen? For example, I wish they'd have easy ways to split the app by 1/4 rather than 1/3 in the Shortcuts.
