The first EPI study of #IPF in Vets. @vahsrd. We found that the prevalence of IPF is high, heterogenous across US, rates are ⬆️, and demographics + exposures + rurality are important risk factors. Thanks @RobertMTighe1 for the thoughtful accompanying editorial.
