@econetzimbabwe This level of service is unacceptable and deeply frustrating.
As customers we expect timely, competent support, especially for straightforward queries.
@econetzimbabwe Why are your customer service and your AI, Yamurai, so poor when it comes to handling urgent queries? It has now been more than 24 hours, yet my simple issue remains unresolved.
In 1960, Ghanaians gathered at Kwame Nkrumah Circle, firing old muskets, beating drums, and raising banners to celebrate Ghana’s boycott of South African goods — a bold protest against apartheid and racial discrimination in South Africa, in solidarity with Black South Africans.
@bonga_da_God@DeezyphandaSA History has taught us that no one, including vigilante groups, is bigger than the state. We will rather observe and document this scenario as another afrophobic case study, with lessons for the ignoramuses and perpetrators.
@bonga_da_God@DeezyphandaSA How will people govern themselves without a govt or state? Is SA not a democratic country that voted for its current gvt? The history of afrophobic attacks is well documented, my brother, and you also have SA citizens who commit crime. Crime is crime, regardless of nationality.
@bonga_da_God@DeezyphandaSA Simple, individuals who attacked SA police officers should be arrested, charged, and prosecuted according to SA law, based on evidence and not nationality. Vigilante groups should desist from taking the law into their own hands
@united_sa0509@DeezyphandaSA I sense a bit of contradiction on your part, you first state that the SA govt is corrupt and when I propose a regional solution you then again state that will be instituted by SA. My question then how will the solution be implemented if you have no faith in your own govt?
@bonga_da_God@DeezyphandaSA I am not lying about ethnic differences, whose challenges stem from a colonial legacy. Violence is well documented, my brother, and June 30 is anticipated to be the climax of Afrophobia-induced violence. Desist from violence and seek peaceful solutions.
@united_sa0509@DeezyphandaSA I concur that people have a right to protest and not unleash violence on foreign nationals. As you have stated that SA has no adequate channels, I am of the view that the best foot forward is a regional solution where our govts converge to come up with a lasting solution.
@bonga_da_God@DeezyphandaSA True Zimbabweans do not subscribe to the tenets of tribalism, we are one people. Why are you clouded by so much hate that you are itching to resort to violence? My brother, refrain from this weak mentality and subscribe to Ubuntuism.
@bonga_da_God@DeezyphandaSA No, the marches are not peaceful, there is sufficient documentation of violence and intimidation. If we want to put historical context into this discussion, then Ndebele-speaking Zimbabweans of Mzilikazi's descent have a right to be in SA.
@bonga_da_God@DeezyphandaSA Yes, being in any country illegally is a crime. Equally, vigilante groups harassing foreign nationals is illegal. Being a democratic country, why don't you approach your leaders to address the crisis instead of leaving the matter in the hands of illegal vigilantes.
@united_sa0509@DeezyphandaSA It’s unfortunate you embrace violence as a necessary evil to address the influx of illegal migration. I equally do not dispute the urgency to address the issue. I'm positive that SA has functional systems to address this issue, not illegal vigilante groups.
@bonga_da_God@DeezyphandaSA I think you mean Sudan, not Congo. Anyway, South Africa is not and never was the problem. The problem is self-entitled, Afrophobic individuals who do not want to address the elephant in the room but would rather settle scores with fellow African foreign nationals.
