I'm Boris and I created Claude Code. I wanted to quickly share a few tips for using Claude Code, sourced directly from the Claude Code team. The way the team uses Claude is different than how I use it. Remember: there is no one right way to use Claude Code -- everyones' setup is different. You should experiment to see what works for you!
At any one time we test 20+ variations for this particular client to see what works.
We just let the market tell us what they resonate with rather than try to guess. Claude Code then analyses the campaigns to create more winning angles.
Been using EmailBison MCP server + skills with @claudeai Code to quickly and easily setup new campaigns in just a few minutes.

It's your job to explain this politely to the prospect.
Pro tip:
I'm convinced you need you need to mess up as quickly as you can early on.
You legit need 5 or 6 tries at business before you get "good" at it.
I didn't know anything about agencies when I started.
Today I bet I can get another one to $50K/month in 60 days.
My point is...
My team conducts 150-200 demos per month.
