@JetstarAirways Hi Joie and @JetstarAirways, I also wasn't aware the flight would be 2hrs later than I paid for - I have just landed at 22.15, whereas my flight was meant to land at 8.20pm. Do I get a refund given your poor service and massive delay, just like you charged me excess for baggage?

@JetstarAirways Not on my way yet, still on the tarmac! There was quite a significant delay to my evening - I was planning on getting to Sydney for dinner but now won't get there until nearly 10pm. Low fares but terrible service and experience, get what you pay for I guess! Won't recommend 👋

I arrived to London city airport from Melbourne via Abu Dhabi and Amsterdam on Friday morning, @KLM and @LondonCityAir lost my bag. It's now Monday evening, I have spoken to @KLM 5 times and I still don't have my bag and I am leaving the UK on Thursday morning. Can anyone help??
