Neurolab walks that stack — predictions on a knowledge graph, aligned to real MRI/fMRI, so you can see where a compound might land, and why.

To study the brain in silico there are different ways:

1) Physiological models to simulate brain activity keeping the properties as close as possible. But you can't make it interact with a task.

2) Neural networks or bio-inspired neural networks (such as the video), in which you loosen the biological accuracy to get some principles of task: such as this brain playing beat saber.

3) Neurosymbolic networks: interaction between a knowledge graph and a neural network trained on the knowledge to get reasoning capabilities across facts, find patterns and knowledge informed hypothesis.

Our mission is to go towards the integration and fascilitate access to these otherwise complex pipelines in an user friendly interface.
