@TWimpeySupport I sent an email to the East Kilbride customer services dept on 29/4/25, automated reply stating they would aim to reply within 7 days. No reply after 9 days, re sent email on 8/5/25 cc'ing in Benthall Farm sales team. Total of 2 wks & no reply. Next stop NHOS.

@TalkTalk received a threatening final payment letter today despite calling customer service on 1 Apr confirming cancellation of service. No previous email or correspondence prior to today. Complaint to the ombudsman to follow. Shocking treatment customer service. Shameful.
