@thriftycars and it was on me to find my own transportation back to the city. I am out $269 for tow already, and Uber, not to mention terrified children and mental anguish.

@thriftycars Uber wouldn’t come, had to walk across frozen pond with children to safety. Was told by Thrifty they would arrange to deliver a vehicle to me today. When I called and was kept on hold for 45 min was told that, actually, they could not get me one for entire week

@thriftycars thruway. Called Roadside Assistance - was told it would be 1 hour. Then then called to say, actually, they screwed up and called wrong company and it would be another hour. I had to call 911 and it was state police who sent tow. I was in car w 2 small children in 7 degree weather

@thriftycars This from my sister. It’s in her name- Aa robin palmer blanche. “Rental agreement #115934324.  Roadside Assistance Case# 0220385752.  Was supposed to get a midsize SUV a la Jeep Compass. Was given an electric car without them even telling me. Battery ran out 1 hour later on NYS
