Unbelievable. Nearly a YEAR of appliance issues, and @HotpointUK customer service is the WORST I've ever dealt with! Impossible to reach a human despite countless attempts. How am I supposed to stock my (new) fridge when the fault is still reoccurring?! Absolutely appalling.
