Now 10,000+ hotels are suing them for abusive practices.

Hey @bookingcom you taught me a valuable travel lesson: you can book a trip, a taxi, a delay and even an accident, but not your help. That’s strictly useless.
Imagine breaking 4 ribs, having a lung injury, being grounded by a doctor, and @bookingcom still saying “sorry, our hands are tied.” Truly elite customer service, if you’re into punishment. #failure
@bookingcom Spent days trying to solve things beforehand just being kicked to the airline, to the "hotel" and to the taxi service. Now you want to help? After I lost the holiday with my family, after being refused help? You have lost this customer and as many future customers as I can reach
Extremely dissapointed with @bookingcom . No flexibility, no support, even in an emergency situation with hospital documents or with flight delays. I expected much better from such a big platform whom I've used for over 10 years. #fail
@ClaimDepar674 Oh, yeah, sure, try to look helpful after the fact and after spending a week with me on chats and doing absolutely nothing. I lost flights, lost a stay and lost airport transfers and more importantly lost a family holiday because I had an accident and was in hospital 10 days.
Pro tip: if your flight is delayed or you end up in the hospital, don’t bother calling https://t.co/Cfh3wGm8DA. Their policy is to do absolutely nothing, but very politely.
@bookingcom It was about a flight, it was about an apartment booking, it was about a taxi pickup. You were zero help in all of them while I was in the hospital trying to recover and contacting you for help. You couldn’t of have been more useless.

@bookingcom Oh, I been there. A whole week exchanging messages with your support and you kicking me off to the airline and the hotel. You were zero help in finding alternatives after an accident left me in the hospital for 10 days and unable to fly for 2 months. Booking? Never again.

The new “Discovery” playlist finally places Apple Music very close to Spotify for music discovery for me. It really threads the line of new music vs. music I already like. I've really missed an automatic playlist like this since I left Spotify 2 yrs ago. #applemusic
“The Bear” is up there with the best series I have ever watched. Each episode is a carefully prepared gourmet plate of feelings. I cried, I laughed and I even felt so nervous I had to split one of the episodes in two. Just amazing. Both seasons. @TheBearFX
