@MonsoonUK I have an faulty order 92563088 which I have sent back in a monsoon returns bag and it’s been nearly 3 weeks I tried in store to return and as bought on PayPal I had to send back. I have misplqced the tracking number and been told you can’t do anything. Can u help pls

@MonsoonUK Your returns label was pre paid and so it was not tracked. Spoken to Royal Mail and they have said as you are responsible for the claim as you provided pre paid liabel
