Vládu v minulosti několikrát napadlo zavést DOBROVOLNÉ ZÁLOHOVÁNÍ PET lahví a plechovek místo plošného. To bohužel NEDÁVÁ SMYSL. Ekonomický i ekologický efekt by byl zanedbatelný. Navíc by spotřebitelé byli zmatení v tom, která lahev je zálohovaná.
