@roguecaliber I like Reaper. My FLGS carries a ton of them so they’re easily accessible. The bones line can lack detail but, for mooks and goons that aren’t going to be on the table long, the price is really good. The black, warlord, and dungeon dweller lines are decent quality.
@rangleme@Blackmoor_Film You also need to consider the other players. If a player’s “lol, so random” character is out of place with the type of game the GM and the rest have all agreed to play, then he needs to figure out a different character.
@ClearwaterJoe@Blackmoor_Film WOTC: Old D&D material was “problematic” and we’d never publish that type of material now.
Also WOTC: Would you like to buy pdf’s of old “problematic” rpg material?
HYPERBOREA Giveaway!
I was cleaning the office and stumbled upon THREE extra sets of a special promotion we did last year: Rats in the Walls (signed), an enamel Hyperborea pin, and a Hyperborea d20. So, I am going to give these three sets away! (Each winner gets a signed Rats book, a pin, and a d20.) I'll ship anywhere in the world, unless you live in a country that is embargoed. Here are the rules:
1) Follow this page.
2) Like this post.
3) Retweet this post.
You have to do all three or your entry will not count. I will announce the three winners on Monday night (US Eastern Time)!
