“When a nation rises for its rights, no force on earth can suppress it. I remain a free man, even in jail, but my nation is trapped in a prison where there is no independent judiciary, no genuine democracy, and no free media. Every Pakistani must rise up for their true freedom!

For two years, I have remained imprisoned solely for the sake of the Pakistani nation, so that no one can enslave you. Now, the time has come for you to stand up for your own freedom and defeat this oppressive system.

I repeatedly called for dialogue in the best interest of the country. But the time for negotiations has now passed. After the 26th Constitutional Amendment, the rule of law, the Constitution, and the very concept of justice have been buried. Any hope of receiving justice from the courts has been completely extinguished. The Pakistani nation now has only one path forward: a nationwide protest movement. Nothing short of this can pull us out of this quagmire of lawlessness.

A complete roadmap for the nationwide movement will be announced this week. I will have completed two full years of unjust imprisonment on August 5th. One that very day our nationwide protest campaign will be at its peak.

There will be no further negotiations of any kind with anyone anymore! The only path forward is mass protest in the streets, so the nation can rid itself of the puppets forcibly imposed upon it as its rulers.

Let me be clear: any officeholder in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf who cannot shoulder the weight of this movement should step aside immediately. Those who have submitted to these oppressors must remember: these very people will eventually crush you, and the people will never forgive you either.

Even leaders like Nelson Mandela and Gandhi were allowed to meet other prisoners, read books, and write. I am enduring a form of solitary confinement where I am locked for 22 hours a day in a 6x8 foot cell. Police officers are forbidden from speaking to me. I have been denied books for the past six months. I am not allowed to speak to my children. My lawyers and colleagues cannot visit me. My family is allowed only a few minutes of visitation each week, and many of them are often denied even that. My personal physician has not been allowed to examine me for the past ten months. Even my access to newspapers and television has been cut off for the last week. Books sent by my family are withheld and kept in the superintendent’s office. My wife is also being held in inhumane conditions in solitary confinement.

Behind all of this is the establishment and its pawns. All of this is being done to break me. But I will continue to stand against tyranny until my very last breath.

We restored the constitutional and legal rights of the tribal areas after decades and provided full resources for reconstruction and development. The current regime not only withheld their rightful funds for three years but is now actively working to roll back their constitutional rights, an action that is utterly condemnable. I commend our parliamentarians and representatives for boycotting these unlawful measures.

As for our Punjab MPAs who were suspended for protesting during the fraudulent government’s budget session, the real reason behind it was that their protest against Maryam Nawaz was intolerable for the regime, although it is a long-standing tradition to protest during budget sessions.”

ملک میں کئی دہائیوں بعد نظریاتی سیاست واپس آگئی ہے- 1985 میں غیر جماعتی انتخابات کراکے نظریاتی سیاست کا جنازہ نکالا گیا تھا اور تب سے سیاست میں پیسہ چلنا شروع ہوا، غیر جماعتی بنیادوں پر سیاست ہوئی اور ممبران اسمبلی کو ترقیاتی فنڈز ملنے شروع ہوئے- 8 فروری کے بعد تحریک انصاف بطورِ نظریاتی جماعت ابھر کر سامنے آئی ہے- لوگوں نے پارٹی ٹکٹ اور نظریے کو ووٹ دیا ہے- الیکٹیبلز کی سیاست ختم ہونا خوش آئند بات ہے- تحریک انصاف کے تمام لوگ پارٹی ٹکٹ پر جیتے ہیں کیونکہ یہ نظریے کی لڑائی تھی- میں خود بھی نظریے کی وجہ سے جیل میں ہوں-

ڈاکٹر یاسمین راشد ایک بیان دیتیں تو وہ بھی عندلیب عباس کی طرح باہر آ جاتیں، شاہ محمود قریشی ایک بیان دیتے تو وہ بھی باہر آ سکتے تھے، عمر سرفراز چیمہ، اعجاز چوہدری اور میاں محمود الرشید سمیت ہمارے لیڈرز اور کارکنان بھی آسان راستے کا انتخاب کر سکتے تھے لیکن انہوں نے نظریے کا سودا کرنے سے انکار کیا- اب ہماری جماعت انقلابی جماعت بن چکی ہے، انقلاب ہی ملک کو مسائل اور دلدل سے نکال سکتا ہے-

24 نومبر کو جو باہر نہ نکلا وہ پارٹی سے باہر ہو جائے گا، پارٹی میں چاہے کوئی کتنا بھی پرانا ہو، باہر نہ نکلا تو اسکی پارٹی میں کوئی جگہ نہیں ہوگی- یہ احتجاج ٹیسٹ ہے پارٹی اور پارٹی لیڈرز کیلئے- مطالبات کی منظوری تک احتجاج اسلام آباد سے واپس نہیں جائے گا!“

🇵🇰 Murad Saeed is accusing Pakistan's intelligence agencies of something extraordinary:

Outsourcing political repression to the same militants and criminals the state claims to be fighting.

The PTI leader alleges that intelligence personnel, rogue Taliban and hardened criminals are being organized into teams across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to abduct PTI officials and members of the provincial government.

Some, he claims, are being supplied with police and Frontier Corps uniforms. Criminal cases are allegedly being used as leverage to recruit others.

And Saeed says the disappearance of provincial minister Fazal Shakoor is one example of how this system works.

That case is real and deeply strange.

Shakoor was intercepted in broad daylight near the Peshawar motorway. Video shows masked armed men surrounding his vehicle, with one firing at its tyres. His brother subsequently filed a kidnapping case, and the Peshawar High Court has become involved in efforts to locate him.

His accusation is much bigger than another claim of an unlawful arrest.

He is telling PTI to stop viewing the raids, disappearances and alleged abductions as separate events.

They are one connected system.

خیبر پختونخواہ کی منتخب قیادت کے خلاف ہونے والے حملوں میں “ریاست” کھلم کھلا گڈ طالبان اور کرمنلز کو استعمال کررہی ہے۔ ہر علاقے میں ایسی ٹیمیں تشکیل دی گئی ہیں جن میں متعلقہ علاقے کے سنگین ترین جرائم میں ملوث افراد، چند گڈ طالبان، آئی ایس آئی اور ایم آئی شامل ہے۔ زرا سوچیے کس حد تک طاقت کی ہوس میں اندھے ہیں یہ کہ خطرناک ترین جرائم میں ملوث عادی مجرموں کو یقین دلایا گیا ہے کہ اس آپریشن کی کامیابی کی صورت میں آپ پر ابھی تک کے سارے چارجز ختم کر دیے جائیں گے۔ گڈ طالبان تو تھے ہی ان کے اپنے، اب جرائم پیشہ افراد کو بھی، ایف سی اور کے پی پولیس کی وردیاں مہیا کی گئی ہیں۔ صوبائ وزیر فضل شکور کے اغوا میں بھی اس ٹیم کے لوگ شامل تھے۔ اگر شکیل خان بروقت ریکٹ نہ کرتا تو شاید آگے یہ ٹیم ان کے بھی انتظار میں ہوتی۔ میرے حوالے سے تو پاکستان اور پڑوس میں ایسی ٹیموں کی کاروائیاں کوئی نئی بات نہیں لیکن پورے پختونخواہ میں بلوچستان طرز پر باقاعدہ سنگین جرائم پیشہ افراد، گڈ طالبان اور تمام جاسوسی ادارے مشترکہ ٹیمیں تشکیل دے کر خیبر پختونخواہ حکومت کے منتخب نمائندگان اور تحریک انصاف کے عہدیداران کو اغوا اور ان کی املاک پر حملے کر رہے ہیں۔
میں اپنے نمائندگان سے کہتا ہوں ان کی مزید پردہ پوشی کریں گے تو یہ کل کو کسی بھی اغواشدہ لاپتہ فرد کو “فتنتہ الہندوستان” اور “فتنتہ الخوارج” کی کاروائ قرار دے کر خود کو بری الذمہ قرار دے دیں گے۔ یا تو شکیل خان کی طرح اپنا دفاع کریں یا لاپتہ افراد مسخ شدہ لاشوں اور کراس فائرنگ میں موت کا نشانہ بننے والوں میں شامل ہوں۔ اس بات کا فیصلہ کرنا ہوگا۔

میں اپنے صوبے کی پولیس کو بھی کہنا چاہتا ہوں یہ ناجائز حکومت اور ان کا سہولت کار مافیہ جو خود کو ریاست کہتا ہے جس آگ کا ایندھن آپ کو بنا رہے ہیں۔ اُن پالیسیوں کے خلاف میں، تحریک انصاف اور یہ قوم ہی ہے جو کل بھی اور آج بھی آپ کی ہم نوا، آپ کے ساتھ اور آپ کے لیے کھڑے رہے ہیں۔ جرنیلوں کی ناجائز طاقت کی مدت ہوتی ہے۔ اُس کے بعد ان کے یہی ماتحت ادارے ان کی ان پالیسیوں کی ذمہ داری لینے کو تیار نہیں ہوتے جن کی وجہ سے آپ کے بچے یتیم ہوتے ہیں اور آپ کے عیال کو آپ کی مسخ شدہ لاشیں ملتی ہیں۔ کل کو ان شہروں میں، اس صوبے میں، ان کی پالیسیوں کے نتائج کے ساتھ، میں نے رہنا ہے اور آپ نے رہنا ہے۔
کسی بھی ناجائز اقدام کی سہولت کاری سے پہلے یہ یاد رکھنا یہ مُلک ہمارا ہے، اسے کسی غاصب ٹولے کی خاطر آگ میں جھونکوگے تو بھگتوگے تم بھی۔

Authorities have deployed nearly 35,000 extra security personnel and blocked MAJOR highways with shipping containers, ahead of a planned march on Islamabad.

They've also detained HUNDREDS of PTI activists, including 3 of Khan’s sisters.

Two key roads linking the capital to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have been entirely closed off.

Khan’s party says the protest will go ahead anyway...

The former PM remains in jail, with serious concerns over his health and a belief among many that the cases against him are politically motivated...
