@german_oot@webafrica@News24 For days on end I’ve been transferred to Agents on WhatsApp who are not assisting. They are the worst in service provision. It’s shocking.
@2cute_MERCEDES@vumatel Vuma is no longer reliable. Their Agents take forever to reply when you log a query on WhatsApp. So disappointing as they started of well.
@Eskom_SA Any feedback on the restoration of electricity in Dobsonville? Residents are currently protesting. Streets and major roads have been barricaded. What is Eskom doing to mitigate the situation ? There's no access to roads, how are people suppose to get to work, and kids to school?
