I don't know who else to tell this to, so I am going to tell my story here.
Every day is a struggle for a young business, but the last few months have been harder than usual.
We are a small Indian company. For more than ten years we have been building a homegrown brand in a product category dominated by big foreign players.
There are almost no Indian names in this space. We set out to be one.
We started in 2014. Over the years we began making parts in India instead of just importing, and we started selling in the US, Dubai, Nepal, Malaysia and South Africa.
We showed up at global trade fairs to represent an Indian brand on the world stage.
In 2023 we changed the import code we use for our product. We did not do this quietly. Every shipment was declared. Nothing was hidden. We didn't invent our approach.
We followed written professional advice and the way this product is treated in markets around the world.
And now we are facing a government demand running into tens of crores in duty recovery and penalties, plus personal penalties on the founders and even on an employee.
For a company our size, this is not a fine we can pay and move on from. This ends us.
We have not run from any of this. I am not built like that. It is not how I was raised. We have written to the authorities, met officials in person, and we have now filed a writ in the High Court.
All we are asking for is a fair treatment.
I set out to build in India and sell to the world. I am asking only that the system back honest founders trying to compete globally, instead of breaking them.
The process is the process, and it exists for a reason. But process should not feel like punishment.
From where I am standing today, it does.
I am not giving up. I have worked too hard for this. If you have read this far, please share it. If you know someone who can help, point them my way. Help me get the word out.
TCS, which employs 584,519 people and is a renowned IT company, lost the CBSE OSM bid to COEMPT, which has only 51-200 employees, because COEMPT’s bid value was ₹566 crore lower than that of TCS.
The only priority of CBSE was to save money, not to safeguard the future of young students. Their greed to save costs has ruined the lives of lakhs of students.
A frustrated husband sat on the road in protest after traffic was stopped to create a corridor for the movement of Karnataka Governor's convoy. Refusing to get up, he told police officers that his pregnant wife had been waiting inside their car while traffic remained stalled.
Vedant Srivastava - 17 yrs old
Took to social media and exposed discrepancies in CBSE's OSM marking system.
Nisarga Adhikary- 19 yrs old
Hacked CBSE website and informed them (and us) that it is vulnerable and can be hacked.
Sarthak Sidhant- 17 yrs old
Exposed how CBSE bent rules to award the OSM tender to COEMPT.
These 3 kids need to be lauded. They have given us a glimmer of hope. They have shown us, not all is lost.
We still have a future to salvage.
Well @nsitharaman aren't you supposed to slash Excise Duty, Additional Excise Duty and Cesses on Petroleum products sold in India instead of reducing export duties to benefit OMCs and more importantly Reliance? Shame on you @narendramodi! #DaylightDacoits
Starting tomorrow, Supreme court of India is on a six-week summer vacation and will be operating at just 19% of its capacity. There are 53 million cases pending in Indian courts - 93,143 of them are pending in the Supreme Court.
A judge can go on a vacation, a judiciary cannot.

Dear @HYDTP and @ThirumalagiriPS,
Today I had a very unpleasant experience with traffic police officials at Thirumalagiri. I had recently returned from the US and did not have Google Pay or PhonePe set up on my phone. I was travelling with my elderly grandparents and was taking them for a medical check-up appointment.
Despite explaining the situation and requesting permission to pay the challan online once I reached home, the officers refused and forced me to arrange payment immediately through PhonePe. I had to call someone else and was delayed for a long time, causing us to miss my grandparents’ medical appointment.
Even after the payment was completed, their system had not updated yet. I showed them the payment screenshot, but Officer Ramu Naik still refused to trust me and continued arguing instead of verifying properly.
Citizens should be treated with professionalism and basic respect, especially when elderly people are involved. This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing.
I am also attaching Officer Ramu Naik’s photo for reference and requesting senior officials to look into this matter.

We demand the resignation of India’s Education Minister over the NEET paper leak issue.
When students lose their future, hope, and even their lives, accountability cannot stay silent.
17 students lost to pressure, injustice & failure of the system deserve answers. 🇮🇳

The last three years of low crude prices didn't help Indian consumers (we kept the petrol price the same)
Who made money? The govt, and the oil cos. The largest oil retail co, has more than 82,000 cr. in collective profits since FY24 to now.
They should take the hit now.
So Modi wants common citizens to "follow their duties" and cut down on petrol-diesel consumption.
Well then Modi should personally ensure
> Reduction in MP-MLA convoys' size by 80%
> Total ban on chartered flights of all politicians
> Total ban on foreign trips of all politicians
> No mega political meetings and rallies
> No mega swearing-in gatherings
> No car or bike rallies for parties
> No foreign visits for himself
> All rules to apply to RSS also
Of course, this won't happen. But we have to follow 'kartavya' because this is 'Amrut Kaal' and we are all subjects of the regime, even as the regime gorges on fruits of our taxes.
@MANSAFAB You need to get breathing under water correct, amount of time spent under water and technique while coming up for breath will determine how fast you learn and , hands and leg movements follow fast from there
