@Uber_Support I just got charged for Uber Parking when a valet parked my car in their lot, which was a free service. I see no way to contact you on the website or app. Please remove that charge.

@ATTHelp Why is it that I changed my plan and lost all of my discounts and am out $70 bucks with NO EXPLANATION that that would happen? You guys should let us know that a simple plan change will cost us that much. And your customer service agent is literally helpless to solve it.
@MayorBriley Bad choice. We have to stop favoring car-only transportation in downtown areas of our cities. More regulation and oversight, sure, but an outright ban is foolish and continues to hold Nashville back as it tries to deal with major transportation issues.
