Enfortumab vedotin & Pembrolizumab improving PFS & OS by 55% & 53% respectively compared to platinum based chemo in 1st line UC (+avelumab in 30%). Chemo has not been beaten before (despite multiple efforts). RR and CR of 68% & 29% is hard to beat. DOR not reached (1/3)#ESMO2023
@RealMed3@AshleyGWinter This is not true at all. The CPSTF published that nearly a decade ago and never updated it. The #CUA 2018 recommends shared decision making, similar to almost every other national organization. PSA screening plays a role in Canada.
@alextatem Absolutely it’s different. When teaching a resident you can switch off the teaching at a critical/difficult point and focus. Much more pressure to continue teaching during live surgery. IMO it shouldn’t play a role in surgery Ed. We stopped using surgical ‘theatres’ 100 years ago
