@TM_Steve_ Truly the gold standard on the network these days in my opinion, the 80x variant I took recently to Liverpool was 🤮, uncomfy and forced to stand for part of the journey due to fewer coaches. Enjoy the comfort heading south!

@SouthernRailUK the guard called Hannah on 1n19 from barnham to Worthing this morning was absolutely fantastic. She was calm, clear and friendly during the sad disruption. Also well done to the twitter team too for keeping me informed on the go!

@mark395625 Radio city tower is well worth it and like £7, there is also a very friendly model train shop in Chester if you are so Inclined. There's also a BK in new Brighton with a surprisingly good view if you are over that way. I had a big day out on Merseyrail the other month haha

@AvantiWestCoast I'm using SWR, Avanti, mersey rail to get to Birkenhead. Swr cancelled due to broken rail, are you able to book me a new seat once I know what Avanti train I am able to take? T.i.a

@LNER I brought a ticket through you that uses SWR, AVANTI and Mersey rail services. My SWR service was cancelled completely due broken rail. Do I submit delay repay to you as the vendor or SWR as the operator? Many thanks
