@CoachCivs@ClankoMedia@Verizon@TMobile@Verizon is the worst. I’ve been with them 20 years. They sold me on getting new phones for free but have been charging me for 14 months device fees. I talked to 6 different people that told me the issue would be fix within a couple billing cycles, but it never happened.

Kids should not be consuming energy drinks.
You're a freaking kid. Your energy levels should be boundless and last all day until night.
The last thing you need is 200mg of caffeine (4x the amount of a regular coffee) coursing through your veins.
Tonight, we are excited to welcome so many #BuckeyesForLife back for Alumni Night and to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the 2004 CCHA Tournament Championship🏆

I never realized how much alcohol took away until I got rid of it.
When I was in my 20's and 30's I was a party animal. I'd drink multiple times every week usually to the point of intoxication.
In my 40's I calmed down a bit and had drinks 1-2x a week with my wife on date nights.
But even though I had calmed down I'd still experience a hangover the next day.
It came to a point where I started to question whether the benefits of drinking stood up to the benefits of sobriety.
So I decided to stop drinking for a month to see what would happen.
That month has turned into 300+ days and it's given me perspective.
I have more energy and focus than before.
I am also dealing with my emotions and stress in healthy ways.
It's been a net positive in my life in more ways than I can count.
This is not to say that I'll never drink ever again.
I see the benefit of having a glass of wine with friends occasionally.
But I promised to give myself a whole year to make that decision.
This time away has allowed me to zoom out and see what place it has in my life.
I'll report back to you when that year is done.
