@MacKilheyCourt I would like to make a complaint. You charged me for a booking which you said you had cancelled. I have called 5 times and have been told my refund has been processed. 1 week later and I have no refund. No manager wants to talk to me and I am being fobbed off.

@CheerVix @PepsMccrea So true! Nothing is constant. I moved to a new school and everything I thought worked was changed. Each cohort is different and then when you're getting used to it SLT change it.
