On October 14, 1974, 19-year-old Debra Ann "Debbie" (Pfettscher) Wilhite finished her shift as a waitress at the Windmill Restaurant on Highway 41 in Evansville, Indiana. She was supposed to pick up her husband after work, but she never made it. Debbie and her green 1966 Ford Galaxie disappeared without a trace, leaving behind her husband and two young daughters in one of the Tri-State's oldest unsolved missing person cases.

Vice President JD Vance revealed he’s obsessed with UFOs and plans to investigate the files, saying he’s more curious than anyone and has three years at the highest levels of classification to get to the bottom of it.

He explained his view through a Christian lens: “Celestial beings who fly around, who do weird things to people... every great world religion, including Christianity, the one that I believe in, has understood that there are weird things out there and there are things that are very difficult to explain.”
