@henrywinter I started reffing last year and I’m 43. My course had loads of 14 year olds on it. Not one had any confidence to speak up. Way too young. I couldn’t have done it at that age. Frustration happens when decisions are not understood. I always explain but the young ones mostly don’t.

@JDSports Disgraceful system in store today. Son not allowed to try trainers on, just told they had what we wanted and to join the queue and they’d be at the till. 2 HOURS of queuing and no trainers at till and last pair in size already sold. Absolutely disgusting.
