@Uber_Support Thank you. I’ve just DMd you. It’s disgraceful that @hertz and the manager at the location is treating your drivers like 2nd class citizens when we go to pick up the confirmed rental I made on the #hertz site.

Hey @Uber! Your rental car partner @Hertz let me book a car on their website and sent me a confirmation number. When I get to the location (Orlando/Kissimmee Irlo Bronson Hwy) they tell me they don’t have any Uber cars and won’t for 45 days.

Additionally, the same manager, when I asked why they didn’t call me before came to the location, said “we don’t have time to call; we have other stuff to do.” Disappointing to see #Hertz treat your drivers bad.

The manager said their website shouldn’t have taken the reservation (but it did) and it’s Uber’s problem and I need to contact them. I’m don’t think #Hertz’s website taking reservations they can’t/won’t fill is your problem, but I’m reaching out like their location manager said.

@Hertz I’m sending my reservation number now. Ive spend $80 Ubering to the location and back home (since they didn’t have a car for me). I don’t understand how I was able to make a reservation on your site and get a confirmation number only to be told there are no cars available.
