They're a vegan Jamaican-Japanese fusion restaurant, definitely a big recommendation if you're ever in Amsterdam.

It's been fine to have it without chicken, but a lot of that fremented fishiness is really hard to get to. Hope the vegetarian options improve in the future! (without them being an environmental hazard)
