@USPS 5 days for a package to go from Indianapolis to Charleston WV and it still hasnt gotten there. You have closed other sites and overwhelmed these two places and they are the absolute worst to have mail go through.

@USPS here is evidence as to why you are losing money. Package gets to my regional facility it ends up going 300 miles away and will have to make the trip back. Invest in better training or better robots and you might not have to keep raising your rates.
