This is a very shortsighted and rockefeller medicine-esque view of sunlight. Your mitochondria relies on a steady supply of IR and UV light through your neuroectoderm. I have a sneaking suspicion that we are MASSIVELY over indexed on the biochemical basis of life and I’m willing to bet the house on the photobioelectric nature of life. Humans are NOT bags of water but rather a quantum furnace enabled by minute changes in timing, light, and energy.

The Biochemical basis has failed on a number of occassions:

1. The human genome project failed to become the holy grail of scientific translational discovery

2. Biotech valuations as a sector have plummeted as the viability of molecules to affect disease has been modest at best. (some other factors here but if Rx worked really well for a disease it would be quick and easy to demonstrate)

3. Human life expectancy in the U.S has largely plateaued while spending has been exponential. If molecular discoveries yield improvement in disease why haven’t we seen an exponential increase in life expectancy?

@friedberg where are we starting the biotech SEZ in America? Outside of Austin? I’m thinking Q-self meets crypto meets vertically integrated health system, no FDA, totally free and voluntary, we export the drugs and the swaths of research data once its generated.

@Kevin_McKernan Hey Kevin, I am a big fan of your work as well as @DrJackKruse . You guys have taught me more about decentralized medicine and quantum biology than my 6 years of Pharmacy school. I would like to request that you and Jack do a MOOC (massive open online course) to train the next generation of decentralized savages. I think the compounding benefit of teaching the next generation in this format would be unlike anything we’ve seen thus far from pieceing together podcast appearances to getting a definitive curriculum, after all, this is how all centralized med schools teach, so it would be meeting the next generation where they are (or where they are trapped!). For reference to a good MOOC, @balajis has an excellent take on startup engineering. Thanks!

@levelsio Just got back from my honeymoon there. Hakone is an amazing onsen town and not too far from Tokyo. Check out Kinnotake Tonosawa they were absolutely phenomenal.
