@SophiaPerricone Thank you so much Sophia, you have really been a great friend and great addition to WTOL, I can’t tell how much I appreciate your kindness and support.
THANK YOU & Farewell Toledo!
I’ve pushed off making this post for quite some time now, just trying to find the right words say , but there are no words to express how grateful I am because of you Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. My time here in Toledo is coming to an end.
God places people in your life you never knew you needed. Toledo did that for me with so many lifelong friends and a beautiful girlfriend I love dearly. I’ve gotten emotional thinking about my last days here, but even more excited and happy about what is to come in the future.
Typing this out truly doesn’t feel real after spending the last 3 years here. I am so damn thankful for being able to pop up on your TV screen. From freezing my butt off during my first time sledding, to donkey encounters, and many weekend mornings. All things must come to an end
For those who I’ve met out in public, thank you for encouraging me to keep going. I came here nervous being the only black meteorologist in the Toledo area, but I was greeted with warmth and acceptance from this community.
@ryanfogerty1 Wow what a classic throwback 😂, forgot all about the bus forecast. I’ll make sure I do one just for yall tomorrow night. 😂😂😂 the trolling is hilarious
