@thepespecialist Used this for years. Also do it with overhand throwing. Throw a hula hoop on the rim and boom.

@psparksWye I had a professor who always swore by sucking on hard candy or cough drops. Also I used a mic head set thing. Was such a game changer. Talk in a normal voice and was louder, then you can scream. I also start the year with whistle commands. 3 sit.2stop

@gojrice As a coach of little ones and a PE teacher you can try to stop it but kids will continue doing what they see on TV. No different then every kid wants to jack up 3pters cause steph does it, even though they can't shoot from 5 ft. Don't get me wrong I don't like it either
