Every time I speak to a trainee teacher I get furious. They should be learning to teach - a hard enough job in itself.
They shouldn't also be having to write 5000 word sociology essays, attend lectures about inquiry based learning and deliver presentations on vague non-teaching projects they're supposed to have done
