@FOSSpatents @KilliK69 @tonillo30117 @PaRRGlobal @CMAgovUK was responding myself with exactly this. there’s nothing new or inconsistent about today. for all we know the EC is in fact fine with the deal closing but have no need for a public statement until after the CMA process is complete, or perhaps at all.

I only had questions as to the timings of public statements and any dependencies. I believe it’s going to work out in the deal’s favor before the Oct 18 deadline - but like I said - the stress is real. 😅
