@uber_support I’ve been trying to return a rider’s items safely for 6 days. I cannot meet the rider in person due to safety concerns. The only option is for a courier via Uber. Can someone help get this resolved?

After the managers attitude, now I understand why a worker would feel entitled to accuse me of theft and scream at me like a banshee. It all starts at the top. @Arco, there are other gas stations. Super disappointed. #Unprofessional#apologize
Came back later to speak with the manager. I popped my head around the corner and said "excuse me, do you have a moment"—he looks up mid-bite and says, “No, I’m eating lunch.” That’s it. No concern, no professionalism. @ARCO, this is how you treat regular customers?
I went back in calmly and said, “I know you’re new, but I come here 3-4x a day. When your manager comes in, pull the footage. I’ll be back this afternoon so we can see what you did with them.” She flipped out, yelling that I “can’t talk to her that way.”
This morning, a new cashier ran outside screaming that I’d stolen a $1.60 pack of cigars. Totally false. I even checked my car and pockets to be sure. Nothing.
I’ve been loyal to the ARCO at Sabre Springs & Poway road for years—stop there multiple times every single day. Drinks, snacks, gas. Easily spend hundreds a week.

I'm locked out of my account (@mattyp73). I've Uninstalled and reinstalled, tried changing password but when I click "ok" I get a circle that just spins continuously. I've received no notification that my account is frozen. Please help!
